Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with JustLostKey! Since most of our items are custom-made just for you, here's everything you need to know about how (and when) your order will arrive.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order in our Oldcastle, Ontario studio.

Standard production: 5 to 10 business days after proof approval and payment.
Bulk or large orders: May require additional time. We'll confirm a timeline with you when your order is placed.
Rush orders: Available upon request and subject to availability. Rush fees may apply.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order ships after production is complete.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers in the Windsor and Essex County area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it's officially in their hands. While we'll do our best to help you sort things out, JustLostKey is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for any reshipment costs.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties

For orders shipping outside of Canada, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected separately by the carrier or local authorities.
