Here's how it works:

• No issues found: Your file is cleared for print, and we'll credit $20 back to your account.
• Minor fixes: We'll apply the $25 toward the labour needed to clean things up. If the fix is quick, we may refund part of the difference.
• Major issues: If your file needs significant work, we'll send you a quote for the additional cost. Once the balance is paid, we'll get started.
• Unfixable artwork: If the file can't be saved, we'll cancel the order and credit the $25 back to your account.
